Good Way is a community where people who run businesses and work with technology come together to share what they're learning. We help each other figure things out.
We also spend a lot of time in schools and in education. Our members teach classes, run workshops and give back to young people who are just getting started. We help them get their hands on technology, understand how businesses actually work and think bigger about what they can do. It's not just about AI. It's about building real skills, learning how to think through problems and amplifying ambition early.

Operations, hiring, marketing, sales, finances. The day-to-day of keeping a business going and growing. Members share what they've learned from doing it.
How to think about where you're headed. Making decisions when you don't have perfect information. Planning for what's next.
Products, services, teams, systems. The process of making something new and getting it to work. What to do when it doesn't.
Working in Our Community
We think kids deserve to see how things actually work. Our members go into schools to share what they do, teach practical skills and give students a clearer picture of what's possible. For students who want to go further, we offer mentorship and internships.
Structured programs we bring to schools. Members teach students about AI, how businesses work and how to solve problems. Hands-on, not lectures.
We give directly to schools and programs that need resources. Equipment, materials, software, whatever helps them teach better.
Members work one-on-one with students over time. Answering questions, giving advice, helping them figure out their next steps.
Students work at member companies. Real projects, real experience. They learn by doing the work, not watching someone else do it.
Where We Are
Good Way is based in New York City. We launch in 2026.
We're building this the right way, starting small and focused. Our first year is about getting the foundation right with founding members and our initial school partnerships.
